Our Storz couplings
Storz coupling is a quick-release, symmetrical coupling. There is thus no difference between the male and the female coupling. This coupling has a gasket for sealing, and two claws which position into each groove of the other coupling, thus locking the two couplings. A half-turn rotation clamps the couplings together. To separate (take apart) the two Storz couplings, you just need to make a half-turn in the other direction. These operations have to be carried out using a Storz spanner especially designed for this purpose.
The dimensions for Storz couplings are measurable in-between claws, these couplings being intended for a working pressure of 16 bars/225PSI.
Storz couplings are available in several diameters, DN25 to DN200.
